Hope is such an underrated commercial currency. For me as a leader of six companies in need turning around, hope was missing and needed to be built over time.

Whilst a compelling reason, a clear plan are mission critical, an enlivened and aligned team is what makes the difference. It takes more than an occasional ‘we can do this’ to build hope. It is a sustained effort of connection, conviction and collaboration that builds hope and trust. That’s what makes the difference. A leader is a dealer in hope indeed!
